Our Equine Photoshoot sessions are such a special experience, as for many of us, owning a horse is a huge commitment in time and finances but much of our time is taken with looking after their needs, riding and perhaps competing and we often don't just have the time to be with them in that quiet relationship. Our Portrait Experiences give you that time and our clients often tell us that not only have they enjoyed the session but they have loved spending time with their horse in a very different way.
If you have a dog we also offer the option to include them as well because so many equestrians have a dog and we can’t exclude a member of your animal family.
Our photoshoots are all about capturing their characters and some special memories for you to look back on forever. The sessions are all about fun and relaxation so we will always take time and allow for moments of downtime during the shoot as this is still a very different experience for your furry friends and we want them to feel at ease and look stunning. Whether you have purchased one of our Voucher options or received a session as a gift or as a special giveaway from us you will always receive the same care and attention.

Step 1Our aim is that your images always capture memories of your special experience as well as the character of your special friend. Once you've decided to celebrate your relationship, we'll organise a date and time with you. |
Step 2At the beginning of your session, we always have a meet & greet time to ensure everyone is relaxed for the photoshoot and discuss any ideas. I also scout your location for areas that will look great and check with you for any suggestions. During the session, I will always check if anyone needs some time out to relax, and take time to discover and show the bond between you with some beautiful images. |
Step 3After the session, we will discuss and look at some options for displaying your favourite images. We will also arrange your viewing session for about a couple of weeks where you will view the final images to make your choices, if you can! It's always worth having some tissues to hand! |
Frequently Asked Questions
Weather
If the weather is bad on the day, then we always liaise with you to rearrange the session at a mutually convenient time. We will check on the day before and if the forecast is suggesting bad weather we will liaise with you to discuss the options. We are very used to this as it doesn't matter what the season is English weather can be unpredictable. We will also consider if the day is too hot for the comfort of you and your horse and have rearranged sessions when the temperature is very high. Our concern is always for the welfare of everyone involved.
Please let us know as soon as possible
We realise horses have the uncanny ability to injure themselves at the most inopportune times so we will always reschedule a session for you even if that has to be some months in the future. Never worry we will liaise with you to check how recovery is going. If you are unwell again we will reschedule the session and we are very aware in these times this can occur. We would appreciate you advising us about the situation as soon as you are aware of the need to reschedule. Please remember we are often on the road to you an hour or more prior to the session depending on where you are in relation to our base nr Basingstoke in Hampshire.
Wall Art, Print Boxes, Albums, Desk Display
We have a wide range of products to suit different tastes and budgets. At the end of your session we will show you a range of options and discuss possible ideas with you and you can take a look at our Make Your House A Home page for some ideas. There are various styles in our Wall Art, framed and unframed; our print boxes are beautifully hand-crafted with an inclusive USB and contain 10 prints with a choice of a matted or mounted finish; our albums are beautiful and are individually designed with your chosen images and you can add a USB; for those on a smaller budget there is a range of items like desk frames and folios. Also available are our fantastic collections which are amazing value and contain some of our most popular products at incredible prices.
Delivery
Once you have placed your order, we check the images and prepare them for sending to our Professional Labs with the order. Each product is individually made and the print is carefully produced and checked. We always quote a delivery of 4-6 weeks but it can be quicker on occasion. If you require your products for a special occasion please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to expedite the order.
Once the order is ready for shipping to you, you will receive a notification from the courier in case you need to reschedule the delivery. If you are going to be away on holiday please let us know.
