– DOGS
- Nicola Elliott Photography Portrait Session offers/prize draws are only available for new clients, or people who have not had a session with the same dog or horse in the last 2 years or with a new dog or horse.
- Your Nicola Elliott Photography sessions must be booked by the stated expiry date, but the session can be scheduled for after that date. A Booking Retainer is required which will be refunded providing all sessions are attended as booked or rescheduled as stated.
- Clients must be over 18 years old. Persons under 18 years old may only attend a session with a parent or guardian present.
- Promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion and are not transferable. Strictly one offer per booking.
- Clients may reschedule their appointment once, up to 48 hours in advance without forfeiting their offer.
- Appointments once booked are non-cancellable but may be rescheduled. Failure to attend without adequate notification, or cancellation of an appointment will forfeit the Booking Retainer.
- If a client arrives 15 minutes late to their appointment, we cannot guarantee the full session.
- If a client arrives 30 minutes late to their appointment, we cannot guarantee any session and any payment/deposit will be lost.
- Clients are advised regarding preparation for the session to ensure the best results from the session.
- Clients must attend the viewing session, which will be arranged at the end of the Portrait session, otherwise products/images in the Prize Voucher will be lost. Nicola Elliott Photography cannot select any images on behalf of the client.
- It is Nicola Elliott Photography’s discretion whether images not purchased are stored and kept.
- Strictly no refunds are given once an image or images purchased on a USB or via Digital Transfer.
- Strictly no refunds are given once an image or images purchased as a product has been ordered.
- For copyright purposes, no personal photography or filming is permitted during the session whether by digital camera, camera phone, or video recording is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
