Please note the following terms & conditions for this offer (boring but essential)
- bookings can only be made and shoots take place with humans over 18 years of age
- the offer is open to any breed/age of dog
- the offer is open to anyone who has not already booked a Portrait session with us or has had a shoot with us in the last 3 years with the same dog unless as a member of our ongoing puppy development plan
- a Booking Retainer of £25 is required to confirm the appointment but this is refundable at the Viewing & Design Session as long as all appointments have been kept
- the session will be booked at an mutually convenient time
- sessions will be held near our premises at an appropriate location, if the weather is too poor for the shoot a new date will be arranged.
- sessions will last approximately 60 minutes and a variety of images will be taken, portraits and action. The session maybe longer if more than one dog is to be photographed
- we will arrange an appointment for you to view the images
- the viewing session appointment must be attended in order to receive the complimentary image and booking retainer refund
- in booking you agree that Nicola Elliott Photography may use the images on their website, social media and for marketing purposes
- the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or voucher
- only one entry per household and you cannot enter on behlf of someone else
- the prize is not redeemable in cash or other products
- the prize must be redeemed within 3 months unless otherwise agreed with Nicola Elliott Photography
