Please note the following terms & conditions for this offer (boring but essential)
- the offer is open to anyone who has not already booked a Portrait session with us or has had a shoot with us in the last 3 years with the same horse or pony
- the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers
- the session will be booked at an mutually convenient time
- a Refundable Booking Retainer of £25 is required at the time of booking but this is refundable as long as all appointments are kept as booked.
- if the weather is deemed too poor for the shoot a new date will be arranged
- sessions will last approximately 2 hours and a variety of images will be taken. The session can be longer or shorter depending on circumstances
- sessions will be held at an agreed location but if the location is more than 25 miles from RG24 we reserve the right to charge a mileage fee
- after the shoot we will arrange an appointment with you to view the images at your home address
- the viewing session appointment must be attended in order to receive the complimentary image and booking retainer refund
- in booking you agree that Nicola Elliott Photography may use the images on their website, social media and for marketing purposes
